Meetings
Unless otherwise posted, the Annual Meeting and Board Meeting are held the last Saturday in February. New Board Members are selected every three years as part of the Annual Meeting. Board member terms are set for staggered 1, 2, and 3 year terms. Board officers are selected in the Board Meeting held directly afterwards. Budget & Assessments for the next year are determined at the September Board Meeting. Special Board Meetings can be requested by the Members or Board Members per the Bylaws.
